Growth Advisory
Advice from People Who've Done the Job
Growth strategy, operations and commercial advisory for founders and teams who want plain answers, not a deck.
Our Services
What We Offer
Here's what we actually do when a business brings us in, and what changes because of it.
Growth Strategy
from £1,500
We sit with founders and work out where growth is really coming from versus where everyone assumes it's coming from, because those two things are often different. You leave with the two or three moves worth making this quarter, not a document nobody opens again.
Operations Review
from £950
We spend time with the people doing the actual work, not just the ones managing them, to find out what's slowing delivery down. The result is a short list of fixes, some of them uncomfortable, that free up time and money without hiring anyone new.
Commercial Advisory
£150 / hour
Pricing, margins, contracts, whatever's quietly costing you money, we go through it with whoever owns the number. You come out knowing exactly where the profit is and isn't, and what to change in your next negotiation or pricing round.
Team Workshops
from £600 / day
A half day or full day with the people who'll actually carry out the plan, working through real decisions rather than theory. Everyone leaves knowing what they're doing differently on Monday, which is the only measure we care about.

About Us
Who's Behind Fieldhouse
We started Fieldhouse Advisory after years sitting inside businesses, not just around them. We've run operations, owned commercial targets, and been the ones accountable when a growth plan didn't survive contact with reality. That's what we bring to every client conversation. We work directly with founders and their teams, in the room, not through layers of juniors and slide reviews. Most of what we do is straightforward once someone says it plainly: where the money's actually made, what's slowing the team down, what to stop doing. We're based in London and work with businesses across the city, usually over a few months of close involvement rather than a single report handed over at the end. If a workshop or a strategy session doesn't change what your team does on Monday morning, we haven't done our job.

FAQs
Common Questions
How is this different from hiring a management consultancy?+
We don't send juniors to gather information and report back to a partner you rarely see. The people who did the operating work are in the room with you, so the advice comes from having carried a target ourselves, not from a framework.
What does a typical engagement actually look like?+
Most work runs over a few months of regular, close involvement rather than a single report at the end. We usually start with a short diagnostic phase to understand the business, then move into working alongside your team on the specific things that need to change.
Do you only work with certain sizes or types of business?+
We work across a range of sizes, from small founder-led teams to larger operations with several layers of management. What matters more than size is whether there's a real willingness to act on plain advice rather than just hear it.
Can you just run a single workshop rather than a longer engagement?+
Yes, a lot of clients start exactly that way, with one strategy session or team workshop to see how we work. If it's useful, that often turns into a longer piece of work, but there's no obligation for it to.
Why London specifically?+
We're based here and work with businesses across the city, which means we can be in the room in person regularly rather than dialling in from somewhere else. That matters when the work is hands-on and ongoing rather than a one-off report.
